Your Registry® Inc. provides the content
of this site. At Your Registry®, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
In order to ensure your privacy, we do not sell, trade, or disclose your
personal information or the information of your guests or clients to anyone!
Please read the following for more details.
What information do we collect? How do we
use it?

During registration, we require each registrant's
name, email address, phone numbers, and mailing address. We also require
a shipping address, event information, and credit card information.
This allows us to create and process the registry record. Your Registry®
will not disclose this information.

During the registry process, we will request
that a list of guests' names and addresses for the sole purpose of
mailing Registry Announcement Cards. Your Registry® will not disclose
this information or use it to send any promotional mailings to guests.

When a gift registry is created, we use
registrant names and select portions of their registrant information
to identify their gift list and store list to their guests. We also
offer the shipping address to the guests so that they may ship the
gifts to a location of the registrant's choosing.

Registrant shipping information and the
essentials of guests' billing information will be provided to merchants
on an as-needed basis to fulfill gift purchases and shipping requested
by guests.

When a guest submits a notification of
purchase, their name as submitted may be provided to the registrant
or merchant for the purposes of identifying the purchase/gift or otherwise
administering the list. Contact information provided in notifications
may be provided to the merchant as needed to facilitate administration
of the list.

During registration and registration packet
requests, we will ask registrants to provide us with demographic information
about themselves. This optional data is used solely by Your Registry®
to better understand our customer base as a whole and to analyze and
adjust our operations and/or marketing. Your Registry® will not disclose
this information or use it to personally identify anyone.

If a registrant or guest enters a contest
or promotional feature, we may ask for their name, address, telephone
number and e-mail address. This information is used to administer
the contest/promotion and notify winners.

We may occasionally use customers' information
to notify them about important functional changes to the web site,
new Your Registry® services, or valuable special offers. Registrants
who choose not to receive any of this information may advise us of
their preference at any time by emailing our Customer Service Representatives
at CustomerService@YourWeddingRegistry.com
or by calling toll-free (877) 877-0101 during Your Registry® business
hours.

Your Registry® provides registry services
to retail and service merchants nationally, internationally, and on-line.
Your Registry® will not disclose any registrant or guest personal
information to these retail and service merchants other than as described
in paragraphs number four and five above. We guarantee that all information
entrusted to Your Registry® is fully protected by our Privacy Policy.
How does Your Registry® protect
customer information?
When clients register with Your Registry® or
access their account information, or when guests perform purchases, we
provide a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts everything
inputted before the information is sent to us. When we receive the data,
it remains protected against unauthorized access. Thawte provides secure
service on our site.
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that
are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use temporary,
otherwise known as unstored cookies only. These non-invasive files are
used solely to facilitate navigation through activities such as registering,
reviewing gift lists, and making purchases. When you leave our site, any
and all such cookies are removed. Your Registry® does not use permanent
or stored cookies on its web site; we find this technology to be intrusive.
Your Registry® also does not allow third-party cookies of any kind.
Will Your Registry® disclose the
information it collects to outside parties?
Your Registry® does not sell, trade, or rent
personal information to others.
How does Your Registry® allow
customers to update or change the information it collects?
Registrants and merchants may update or change
their information by contacting Your Registry® directly. Registrants,
please call us toll-free at (877) 877-0101. Both registrants and merchants
may also email us at CustomerService@YourWeddingRegistry.com.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your personal information is used solely to create and process your registry
and to enhance your overall registry experience. We do not sell, trade
or disclose your personal information to others. We may choose to do so
in the future with trustworthy third parties; however, prior to doing
so, we would notify you.
